Does this monthly subscription price include support and upgrades?
Support is included in the monthly subscription price. Since the system is web based, all upgrades and corrections are instantaneous. The NetServiceBooks monthly News Letter (found here on the site and emailed to customers) keeps you informed on these occurances.
How do you define Users?
A user in our program is anyone who is assigned a username and password for your company, including office, customer and technician portals. If users are marked inactive longer than 2 months, they are not counted.
How can I add more users?
Contact Us and we will add new users for you. In the near future you will be able to do this on your own.
What is the minimum subscription term we can buy?
Once your company signs up with the program, contracts begin at 6 month increments.
Does the monthly subscription price include every aspect of the software, from the service dispatching to accounting and everything else?
Choose the packages above to best suit your needs. If you decide to change from one tier to another, we will move you at no additional cost.
Our company uses QuickBooks: is there an extra fee to link NSB's web based service dispatch and invoicing to our existing QuickBooks program?
Yes, a $5/user monthly fee will be added into your service agreement. We also recommend that your company takes advantage of QuickBooks support.
