NetServiceBooks' Schedule Board is a fully integrated service dispatch solution for HVAC, Pumbing and Electrical contractors. The following screen shots are an example of how a work order is paged to a mobile field service technician from the Schedule Board. *Remember, everything you see here is viewed online and is hosted for you using your Internet Browser and a secure login connection.

A customer's request for service is recorded as a Work Order (shown below). From the Work Order a Schedule Record is created, service is dispatched to the technician and the call is placed on the Schedule Board. Other tools you might need from the Work Order shown here are Customer History, Last 5 Work Orders (service dispatched) for this customer, an HTML editor in the Customer Call description area,a help button to explain the screen in detail and a link to Edit Customer.

In the Work Order Customer Call box you can control the text that appears when it is printed by adding HTML tags by clikcing View Source.

Several screens are accesible from the Schedule Board; the screen shown below is used for service dispatch to edit the schedule record by adding mobile field service technicians onto the work order and to dispatch service by paging or texting them with the information they need. NetServiceBooks' web based service dispatch scheduling is fully integrated with the rest of the program.

When the Pager button is clicked from the Schedule Edit screen (above), the Send Page screen appears (below). From here, service is dispatched to the technician.

Once you have sent the page and saved the Schedule Edit screen above, the schedule record will appear at the top of the Schedule Board as a teal color, which signifies that the service is dispatched to the mobile field service technician and it is the next top priority. (Ex. the first call for Bryce shown below)

The Schedule Board is sorted here by Employee, but it can also be sorted by date, vendor, job type, etc. The Preventative Maintenance calls are created monthly from exisitng service contracts and show in the Pending column until scheduled out.

Schedule Board-Contains contract Preventative Maintenance calls waiting to be scheduled and Scheduled work orders for that day; here they are sorted by employee code and the most recent dispatched appears at the top of the board.

Your mobile field service technician has their own version of the Schedule Board from which they can invoice the customer, obtain a signature and swipe a credit card for instant authorization on-site. HVAC service dispatching is integrated with every other aspect of the program; from the work order to payroll!
