Does this monthly subscription price include support and upgrades?
Support is included in the monthly subscription price. Since the system is web based, all upgrades and corrections are instantaneous.
How do you define Users?
A user in our program is anyone who is assigned a username and password for your company, including office, customer and technician portals and that username is set to active. Inactive users cannot log in.
How can I add more users?
If you are set to be an administrator once you log in you can click manage my company. In here you can create/edit users, update your credit card information, and see how many users you are paying for.
What is the minimum subscription term we can buy?
Once your company signs up with the program, contracts begin at one year increments.
Does the monthly subscription price include every aspect of the software, from the service dispatching to accounting and everything else?
Every package includes everything the program has to offer.
